The following information is an update on the Phase 4 Waterline Project: September 2026

The contractor has completed the installation of all waterline and services on both Locust Street and Hamm Road.

Most restoration has been completed throughout the project area. However, the contractor is working to make it to areas that may need additional seeding or other restoration over the next couple of weeks.
