Planning Board
The Town of Lockport Planning Board was created to guide the Town in its’ long-term growth and development. Planning issues have been diversified with the implementation of the 2014 Comprehensive Plan and a completely redesigned zoning ordinance to complement it. Their leadership and wisdom in reviewing town development projects has enhanced and beautified our town. Our business community has benefited and prospered as a direct result of their efforts.

Timelines, Dates and Deadlines for the Town Planning Board

- Submittal deadline 3rd Friday of each month to the Town Building Department

- Applicant will attend the next Planning Board work session

- Planning Board work session, 1st Tuesday of each month @ 4 PM at Town Hall

- Planning Board meeting, 3rd Tuesday of each month @ 6 PM at Town Hall

- Follow-up with Building Department with list of items to get final sign-off
